Job Title:                     Neighbourhood Renewal Administrative Officer

Responsible to:          Neighbourhood Renewal Co-ordinator

Salary:                         £16,053.96 per annum. 

Working Hours: –       normal office hours Monday – Friday  9.00am to 5.00pm;

 Closing date:  Friday 21st November at 12 noon

 

The Administrative Officer is a key member of the Upper Springfield/Whiterock (USWR) Neighbourhood Renewal Office.  The key role of this post is to assist the Neighbourhood Renewal Co-ordinator in all aspect of work relating to NR and the Integrating Partnership.

Key tasks:

 

  1. To assist the Neighbourhood Renewal Co-ordinator in all aspects of work of the Neighbourhood Renewal office.
  1. To provide a full range of administration support to the Coordinator, the Partnership and Thematic Teams.
  1. To organise meetings, circulate agendas and papers; take minutes, and distribute same in advance of meetings.
