Free Universal Credit Awareness Session
Will you be working with Universal Credit claimants? Would you like to be able to offer them up to date advice and support?
Upper Springfield Advice Centre has organised a free Universal Credit training session on Tuesday 20th November 2018 in Upper Springfield Development Trust.
This free session will be delivered by Advice NI and is suitable for members of resident groups, community organisations, and those working with people who may be impacted by Universal Credit and Welfare Reform.
The session will cover the various elements of Universal Credit, what benefits it replaces, who it applies to now, and the managed migration taking place in July 2019. The session also touches on claimant commitment and benefit sanctions and there will be a Q&A session at the end.
Date and time: Tuesday 20th November 2018, 10:00am – 1:00pm
