Job Assist Centres West Belfast is a community-centred employment service which strives to challenge the exceptionally high levels of unemployment, economic inactivity and poverty in West Belfast. We do this by providing mentoring and support to those furthest from the labour market to removing barriers to employment and ultimately in to get and keep employment.
We are independent, community-based, confidential, person-centred and linked at a grass roots level within local communities to ensure our service is delivered how, where and when local people want. We are managed by a range of leading community development groups in West Belfast including:
