Martin Lynch supports Action Ability play

It’s not long to go until the team of Action Ability Belfast service users take to the stage.

On Friday 18th September “Yeeha I’ll Tell Me Ma” with special guests “The Fabulous Motown Brothers” will run at the Grand Opera House.

Renowned playwright Martin Lynch alongside producer Marie Jones (most recently for Dancing Shoes, a play about George Best’s life) have been meeting with the Action Ability stars of the show, providing guidance.

Martin Lynch commented,

“I had the great pleasure of accepting an invitation to visit the Action Ability rehearsals for their show “Yeeha-I’ll Tell Me Ma.” This is a group of amazing people with various abilities putting on a show that will hit the stage of the Grand Opera House, no less. Led by the indefatigable Joe McNally and Roisin Laverty, the budding thespians will tread the boards for one night only-Friday, 18th September. So get out, make a night of it and support a great cause-as well as having a very entertaining evening-you wanna see the carry-on at rehearsals! Great fun. See you there.”
